Statement regarding finding by Independent Ethics Commission on Compass’ Hickenlooper complaint

DENVER (November 18, 2013)— The Independent Ethics Commission today decided to refer a complaint filed on behalf of Compass Colorado against Governor Hickenlooper for further review to Attorney General John Suthers.

“We look forward to further review of this complaint,” said Kelly Maher, executive director of Compass Colorado. “There is certainly a need for additional clarification and precedent when it comes to Amendment 41.”
