• Governor Hickenlooper claimed he talked to the bill sponsors before calling the special session, but according to at least one of the Senate sponsors, he didn’t.
• There are discussions of eliminating film incentives in Colorado in 2018 after an audit of the program showed some massive problems.
• A Denver animal rights group “rescued” some free-range chickens by posing as volunteers and running off with the fowl. I would say they “stole” them.
