Hickenlooper doesn’t deserve reelection
DENVER (February 4, 2014)—Today, the latest Quinnipiac University poll regarding Colorado’s 2014 gubernatorial race showed Coloradans do not believe Hickenlooper deserves reelection.
Coloradans disapprove 47 to 39 percent of the way Hickenlooper is handling education policy and disapprove 54 to 31 percent of the governor’s handling of Second Amendment issues. Only 45 percent of respondents believe he deserves reelection.
“Coloradans want a leader who fights to ensure they have a better quality of life. Hickenlooper instead has fought for East Coast liberals, teachers unions that compromise our children’s education and for mass murderer Nathan Dunlap,” said Kelly Maher, executive director of Compass Colorado. “It’s no wonder fewer than half of Coloradans think he deserves to be reelected.”
