The Democrat and Republicans assembled at their respective assemblies this weekend . . . here are a few takeaways:
- The big story of the weekend was Walker Stapleton’s big win on the Republican side after jumping into the mix only 4 days prior.
- On the Dem side, Cary Kennedy wiped the floor with Congressman Jared Polis. This proves exactly what we’ve been saying, Polis may have the money and still might be the frontrunner, but there are a lot of the Democrat party faithful who think he would be a disaster.
- Both Jason Crow and Levi Tillemann-Dick made the Dem primary ballot for the pleasure of getting beaten by Congressman Mike Coffman. Ha.
