• If you were wondering if the wheels were off the bus of the party that used to be able to clear the field for their chosen candidate, they’re not just off, they’re rolling down the hill. Former Boulder County Democratic Party Chairman Mark Williams announced he’s taking on the donkey party’s pick, Joe Neguse in a primary for Jared Polis’ seat.
• Along with a growing homeless problem across the state, (remember when Hickenlooper told us he would solve homelessness in ten years, a decade ago?) there seems to be a growing trend of squatters taking over private homes.
• Speaking of Democrats, a GJ councilman has announced his candidacy against Scott Tipton . . . good luck with that one.
