DENVER (December 8, 2015) – A new report released by the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) shows American workforce hours will be reduced by the equivalent of 2 million jobs over the next decade. This is yet another example in the long parade of broken promises Sen. Michael Bennet made to Coloradans regarding the massive health care system overhaul. Bennet was one of the deciding votes for Obamacare and is still suffering the political consequences of his decision. 

“Michael Bennet was one of the lynchpin votes for Obamacare,” said Kelly Maher, executive director of Compass Colorado. “Our economy is suffering as a direct result of his choice to put government-growing partisanship over substantive solutions. Tens-of-thousands of Coloradans are facing canceled health plans and are forced to sign up for more expensive options or face the fines.”
