Miklosi also backs trillion dollar healthcare takeover
(GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO) – Today, state Representatives Sal Pace (D-Pueblo) and Joe Miklosi (D-Denver) voted to support President Barack Obama’s trillion dollar government takeover of healthcare. The resolution, HR 12-1003, calls for the repeal of President Obama’s wrongfully named “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.”
“Sal Pace and Joe Miklosi made it clear today that they support cutting Medicare by $500 billion to fund Barack Obama’s healthcare experiment,” said Tyler Q. Houlton, president of Compass Colorado. “Obama’s trillion dollar government takeover of healthcare has already caused drastic cuts in medical services and increased premiums on hardworking Coloradans – and the legislation hasn’t even been fully implemented yet.”
According to the White House, President Obama’s healthcare experiment will be fully implemented by 2014. Colorado healthcare providers have already been forced to increase costs and cut services in order to prepare for the federal government’s intrusion into every American’s healthcare decisions.
