Denver Post: Timing is everything with Obama attack ad

A conservative organization in Colorado began airing Web ads about the president right before Barack Obama announced he would visit the state this Thursday.

Talk about timing.

“Are you better off?” the ad asks.

The ad is the work of Compass Colorado, led by Republican TQ Houlton but funded by anonymous donors. Houlton said the response to the ad has been “phenomenal.”
